It would be nice if the topic creator had a button where they could close the topic say if they sold the item they had posted. That way its not still open and somebody finds the topic 3 days later and bumps it or pm's you about the item. Not everybody reads the last few posts to see if an item is still ft or not.

This would be a function that only the topic creator could use.
