I think its only right to have an introductory post like most guild chats used to have, a post that wouldnt get erased by more posts...whether it counts against the 25 (more if you've bought more) posts in the topic or not would be up to Paul.

Obviously only the leader or an admin of the guild would have the ability to create this post.
