I think it would be good to let people know from 1-10 what the person is like to deal with, also it could be rated on how long the user took and what not!

Could be abused imo.
Voting no.

A user could just get all his or her friends to give him or her many good votes. That doesn't necessarily mean they're good, they just have a lot of friends.

would be abused a lot (multis/friends for good ratings, and some users would get bad ratings just because someone doesnt like them).
and it's absolutely not needed.
use a mediator to trade safe.

True could be abused, I really don't understand why there is so many dishonest people but lets just say a poll to yourself to remember your trades you know?
