selling organ sets at a maximum of 15 ? why ? all this work i do thinking its a legal trade then i look the next day closed ?

I think it's to discourage dupe trades

Because you can fit only so many to a trade screen.
It is "unsafe" to trade anything over the quantity of 40 squares due to the nature of giving then giving a second time.
I imagine it has something to do with "dupe trades" as well.
