i just got an idea, and i hope you can use it.

When you register to D2jsp, you should have to give them your adress or phone number, that way they could send you a "register code" that you would have to paste to finish the registration. That way you will have no chance to make several accounts.

Yeah, but how about when people change there number?
Well... they should give you the opportunity to change your number at anytime! and then if they just send you a new code every month and close the account until it have been pasted, it would still be impossible to have more than 1 account!
