Before anyone says "Report and move on" please just leave the thread, I am tired of reporting 50%+ of the threads in the trading grounds.

I think there has to be a kind of warn system, that only the Mods can see, just to let them know which accounts break the rules repeatedly, so it could be like 3 strikes and you get 10% warn or something like that. Every single time I go into the Diablo trading grounds I see 50%+ of the threads are either spam, early bumps, events being offered, flamewars etc.

Today I looked into the Diablo 2 Softcore USWest Ladder section for about 20seconds, you know what I was greeted by? 1 guy bumped his own thread 4 times in only 3minutes, another guy early bumping his thread 3 times in 10mins, several people offering GRushs, few people looking for Bumpers, few spam threads talking about nothing at all to do with D2.

If people keep getting away with it, they will NEVER stop.. I report every thread I see breaking rules, but that is only the threads I actually look at, nothing happens when I report, so I've had to start gathering the links and PM'n to a Mod to get them closed.

Alot of people follow the rules and have their threads pushed off the 1st page within seconds because other people remaking threads, spamming, early bumpings etc. It is not fair that rule obiding jsp members get 'punished' this way and the rule breakers get away with it.

So please can there be some kind of 3strike system, or just warn people straight away. I find it very annoying that my friends account was perm banned for word filter and he only had 10% warn, yet Scammers and constant rule breakers are allowed to stay and use the forum.
