I just noticed that things aren't going well lately when it comes to people following the trade-rules.
i especially experienced that in the europe nonladder trading-section, as i am active there...
during the last days there have always been people reposting the threads that mods had closed and it was not uncommon that on the main page
there were 4-5 Ut requests, 1-2 CL rush needs and early bumpers/reposters that flooded the whole trade section...
i kept reporting them but sometimes it took ages till a thread got closed( sometimes nothing happened)
The thing is that all the trade-mods also got other jobs and important things to do which sometimes keeps them too busy to take care of matters like this!!
now here's my suggestion:
Why should not jsp make it possible for people to actually apply on "temporary jobs" like an "assistant trade-mod" (with a real life pic, biodata, resume... <--you get my point...)
these "jobs" would ofc be unpaid and completly voluntary!!In my opinion there should be around 2-3 "helping part-time mods" with limited rights for each subforum (limited rights = not able to give warn but able to close threads)
why 2-3?(or more?)

to make sure that there is always one there if one or more of the others are offline
for example:
2-3 assistant mods responsible for

Us West nonladder+ Ladder
2-3 assistant mods responsible for

Europe nonladder+ Ladder
and so on...
The application itself by the way could cost the people who are interested some fg's but thats just another idea ^^
