So jsp what do you think about this one.

Lets say you post a item for trade. Some guy comes in and posts his item in your thread cheaper. Right now u can only report this as spam. MOtherofTwo recommended that i suggest that when u report a thread to have the option.....thread stealing.....

I got 10% warn when i first came to jsp because of this same thing, i didn't know at the time it was illegal but people tend to get away with it more than they should.

What do you think about people getting reporte specifically for this?

Thread stealing isn't really a big issue as the community are mostly gm enough to not buy from the thread stealer and condemn them from future trades.

However making it have its own bracket might be useful, just needs to explain in detail what kind of action constitutes thread stealing. i.e. does posting a similar item u own mean thread stealing? or would u have to explicitly state u are selling the exact item or a close substitute for lesser etc? or does posting a link to another trade topic with 10000+ items for trade amongst which 1 of them is a similar item?
