imma vote no, there at the top already, they will always be at the top
Maybe a special color or something, not bigger
even if they are on the top
they do not stand out from other topics
adding bold/italic/red does not help as well since other topics can get them as well
but something should be added or done to sticky topics besides making them at top to help it stand out more
