The way it is now, unless you perform a MAJOR rulebreaking like posting porn or something, you won't get warned.
You will get a verbal.
If a different mod catches you commiting the same crime (spamming, earlybumping etc) , you will most likely get another verbal.
And right there, you got two warnings before getting your first real warn.
This is stupid, yes? I agree. My suggestion is that you move the restrictions you get from the first 10% (posting in some subforums etc) up to 20% , and that mods start handing out real warns to people who deserve them.
Yes, posting a picture of a teenage girl getting drilled by two huge cocks WILL get you warn and most likely a ban. I believe spamming, earlybumping, flaming and such rulebreaking should also lead to the user getting warned and not verbal'd before second verbal before his first 10%.
tl;dr version: Remove restrictions from 10% to 20% , allow mods to hand out warns more often.
