This suggestion is probably up already, but I can't find it - cause there is no freakin' search bar here!!!


It has bothered me quite many times not being able to search in some of the sub-forums. Especially political/religious discussion & science/tech/nature, but also in price check and the international forums. Also been missing a search function in "Favorite songs & band chatter" not only to find bands, but also to avoid having several topics about the same band etc, and here in Site suggestions too, obviously.
But mostly in political/religious discussion - there are 200+ pages in that sub-forum and probably alot of interesting topics that would be a whole lot easier to find, if you know what you're looking for and could take help from a quick & simple search.

Since a suggestion for a search bar in S/A got locked - concider that sub-forum out of the question

A little bit off topic:
Too bad the other suggestion got denied, hope the limit will be raised anyway, to a year or so.
I can understand why there has to be a limit since there always are a few morons around who think it's a good idea to bump the very oldest topics just for the hell of it... But I haven't noticed that jsp has a problem with people bumping topics that are just below the current limit of 3 months just to get +1's? So why not raise the bar a little? It would be a good thing imo.
