The main reason behind this to increase the moderators so that there can be an in increase in efficiency of assistance and making this forum better


Gains

* Easier job for the mods as the number of mods will increase
* Better and more efficient moderating (more active and faster responses)
* Cleaner forum

They are doing a great job already, no need to rush new people into functions they are not ready for/used to.

People get promoted if they are ready for it, not if they are needed

well i dont know about those trusted / meds out there who aren't promoted but they can surely help out i mean they didn't earn that tag for nothing

There are plenty of trusted/mediater tagged people that I may trust when trading with but that don't have nearly the maturity level/the ability to be good moderators. The system works fine as it is and it will ony create unecessary problems.

New group?
Maybe a new group as another Ladder Hinge.

But we don't need more people to be tag'd\promoted.
To be honest - Atleast where I 'troll' , there are more than enough to go around and share
I personally like to hog a couple of them, and they always seem to have time
