All they will ever be able to add to a trade thread is spam so why should they be able to post in them?

if you vote yes please explain why you think they should be aloud to post in trade forums, I am curious why you think yes.

I think they should be restricted from most forums , except general help and Why am I locked\scammer accusation.
So I agree with this.
There should be more punishment\privalleges taken away.



They should have to buy fg
But in all honesty - I dont think a scammer should even be able to become unlocked.
There are some misunderstandings when tags were given wrongly - but they get fixed in time

whats about people who wanna get unlocked?
trading item vs item is something you should do then and how to do that without access?

maybe restrict people who only spam but someone would have to take care of that and i think mods are already busy enough

Won't happen.
They can stil trade items vs items, items vs FG for scam repays etc..
It's not every locked/scammer tagged users which are bad ppl.

If you have a trouble with them spamming your topics, just report them as for the regular users.

there is a lot of people on that site that have the scammer tag and don't deserve it, a lot of them never even scammed anyone.
and with jsp starting to cut back on activity, the forums are practually slow as it is.

Your a Med so you have more power and insight here so I guess it's wishful thinking for me.



personally I've never been a fan of someone buying their scammed tag back. I feel the biggest deterrent to someone thinking about scamming is knowing that if caught they are done on this site.



If they arent bad why did they get locked/tagged in the first place? Granted I know some people get a temp lock from Paul when purchasing fg but is that not removed in a timely manner?

Then allow them to continue posting in the S/A section to prove they didn’t scam. Why compromise the integrity of this site and the people that are legit traders because you feel the need to have more population on it by keeping people that have committed scams?

People can change. Sometimes they just don't think about what they do when they scam.
Or some got keylogged.
One of my good friend got keylogged and got tagged. He repaid his scams and he's now unlocked and he wasnt a bad person
And ofc some don't care

I don't use any hacks so that reduces my chances of being keylogged.

I mostly trade in Classic US East and I very rarely see locked/scammer accounts trade item for item and generally the posts that are made for it are usually ignored/spammed buy non tagged members.
