When you are place in the "Banned" group, are you IP banned or is it just an account ban? The question is more so toward mods/admins.

I'd guess it's an IP ban, since a lot of people that have tried to create new accounts have been banned.
Not sure though. Maybe they just come to your house and interrogate you :)

Anyway, You have only ban for account. But any account from your IP will be banned too.
