Simple suggestion, just add the sub forums to the main d2jsp page, like the ladder slasher, and general help ones.

Of course it is, it saves time for people searching for the forums.
Saves time for people that frequently report multi accounts.

People who are locked will actually post in the correct forum instead of general help (Because of the lack of knowing the forum exists).
It is definitely needed.

I don't see why not but there has to be a reason why it wasn't done before.
