I understand that d2jsp users will still spam mods about there warnings regardless, however This may reduce the (spam) by a fraction!

My suggestion is to have Njaguar allow us all (except for locked/scammer taged users to use a comment box when requesting to remove a warning - (Same as sending Forum gold "Leave a comment")

Reason for this idea:

1) If the user dissagree's with the warning, he may be able to get it removed, but it will forever be there as a track record.
2) the user may feel that he can use the comment box and make his chances higher to have it removed.
3) it could make it easier to review the warning log for the moderators.
4) If the warning came from the site itself (not from a user) then there might be a reasonable explanation for this users warning.
