I think it would be a great idea for accounts that are UNUSED to be deleted.

For example. I wish to change my name from The_Cronic -----> Cronic , but i cannot do this becase someone has Cronic.
But the account is an 03 and HAS NEVER BEEN USED.

Just an idea for thought. If anyone else feels the same please Vouch this.

the only option you have is contacting the user...
this has been suggested before and i think the answer was the accounts are not getting deleted.

Wont happen.
Paul has already stated that this will NEVER happen

No accounts will ever be deleted.
