I dont see why they arent already a scammable offense with proper proof of course. All over the sport betting sections people are welching loans and most of them have no intentions of paying them back even if they dont lose all the fg they loaned.
With proper proof (gold log descriptions, link to the original thread etc.) People should be locked, tagged or AT LEAST warned for scamming a loan. After all you are scamming.

Please if your going to vote, also take a minute to post your opinion in the thread, as its truly the only way it really does help.
It would help clean up th site and reduce scammers from easily just scamming again.

How could you possibly control it.

If I asked you a loan via PM (and you give it) and after a while had 0 fg, would they try and force me to somehow make/get the needed fg? or what would be done.

Well its just like regular jsp trades.
You arent "supposed" to trade via pm and only trades via threads/posting are considered a legit trade.
So same thing would go with a loan, you make the post in a thread
Title: "Loaning Xxxxxx, Xx amount of fg"
And sayin your loaning him, have him agree as a documentation.

Loan status (same like poker status) it would be good

Could be another suggestion.

Imo, it's basically the same thing as sending extra fg on accident.
The meds just pm them asking for it nicely

You can use a mediator in trades but you can't do that with loans.

In my opinion it goes to the same category with giving out your password (yes some people do that, unfortunately), which has no solution.

It would be done in any betting section.
And as for the "you can use a mediator"
People in trades dont use a mediator, resulting in them getting scammed.
But they can still get people locked/receive justice, cant they?

You are suggesting that loans would be supported by jsp, I mean otherwise those who don't pay back wouldn't get punished, right?
Why would it be approved if it's so risky.

Jsp is full of naive people which we can see in the s/a forum, not having some extra minutes to wait for a mediator yet later spending hours spamming their accusation thread and blaming everyone other than the only one who's at fault, themselves.

There could be a loan status, I agree with that, considering the poker has one too and it's not supported.
