Well english comprehension certainly is not your strong suit. I suggest you stay in school. Lets break it down shall we:

Over 90% of High Runes on the Realms are duped. Jewels such as 7/15's, 40/15's, etc are all duped massively as well.

Also, since JSP cannot determine what items are duped or what items are legit they cannot control the sale of these items.
Wait what? You cant very well contradict yourself and expect your argument to hold any weight now can you?
Quote (RiCCAY @ Nov 28 2009 09:15pm)
I don't LLD much, but I assume LLD Jewels are duped massively too
A few are. Thankfully, only a few. That said, this is completely besides the point.
Quote (RiCCAY @ Nov 28 2009 09:15pm)
However, the demand for these items are VERY high.
Well no shit. Demand is precisely what drives duping. Thanks for clarifying that sherlock.

If you don't want to affiliate yourself with people who use duped items, join a guild that shares your views and holds private duel tournaments.
And i dont. Thanks for asking though? Again, an entirely irrelevant point.

Other than that, you don't have the right to tell people what kind of Jewels, Items, or anything they are allowed to use.
Oh im sorry..I didnt realize i did that. Oh wait, i didnt. +1 for effort though. I shouldnt have to repeat myself but....Im complaining about rule enforcement inconsistency. Either enforce all of your rules, or remove the ones you dont. Not a very complicated concept.

The rule is in place to prohibit the sale of items such as bmana small charms, bugged tal armors, and wizardspike gloves on the Ladder forums.
The rule says "duped items"..period.
Im not going to operate under the assumption that the d2jsp administration means one thing when they say another. And if this is the case, which it does seem to be.... THEN FUCKING CHANGE IT.
