For every 21 threads showing 7 of them are spam. This is a normal problem daily. Making it very hard to trade items. if spamming is allowed with no action to the spammers. Why report posts at all? if someone that's locked/scammer tagged can still make threads basically leaving him the only action left to do is spamming what's the point in locking someone? basically there's not plus to traders who legit bump their posts when time, who don't spam, and who use jsp correctly; while you can do everything against the rules with no serious action what so ever. Closing a thread has no effect. There needs to be a warn system set up for something like ever 5 spam threads you make in a week gets you 10%, every 10 posts u post on a spam thread in a week gets you 10%. If that doesn't curve the spam then decrease the numbers to get a warn till it does. The system we have in place now has done nothing to even slow the spam.

You can PM a TA or TM with threads of a user continually spamming. They will decide if the violation is warnable. I understand there is a lot of spam in the tread forums but, there is only so much the mod team can do. It is up to the users to help them by using the warn button and moving on. As well as notifying serious violations to mods asap.

Thanks for compleatly missing the point i was making by saying the current system in place is doing absolutely nothing to curve the spam. In my comment I said this and that another system needs to be in place or a mod team focused strictly on the spam.

Maybe:
Hire a new team or more mods/meds to take care of this problem for us.
I agree with Root1rm 75% of the forum on SCNL east is all spam.

Two problems with the current system:

1) Not enough moderators. Look at total jsp users, then total jsp staff members.
2) Moderators are way to lenient. I've reported people who, for example, have pages and pages of mass early bumps, stalking people, etc.. and they didn't even get 10%
