needs: Ability to have roll boxes instead of just 1 join.
Say you are doing a Grush. need a bumper and 6 leechers.
1x Bumper box - with ability to screen those so pending approval
6x Leecher boxes - nn screening so anyone can sign up. (Assuming they have 15fg balance lol)
Search system needs multi tier refinements. atm you can search USWest OR softcore OR ladder. needs some AND in there.

Honestly, this seems like a way to take off the requirement for a Trusted tag, without saying hey guys we're not gonna worry bout this anymore you can go ahead and do yer grushes and ubers.
As for those saying it does not belong in the trade threads.. its still a trade. Offering a service/time spent is still a tradeable commodity.
