Welcome.
Yesterday I were thinking about way to stop those early bumping. I ask myself why they do that? -> Because spammers(i call those people by name) have option to reply in own topics even if Bump button is locked. To stop this imo there is 2 options.
1. +10% given immediately for every post. (if there was 15 early bump's in one topic = bad luck and 100% warn for long time).
2. New script, that blocks option of replying in own topics if your post is last, that will work something like this:

if (you are owner of the topic AND your post is last) then (block reply button for [time before bump button is available to use])
else (reply button is not blocked)

But to make it work, after posting in own topic bump timer should start counting time. Also quote option should be available to use only if bump button is ready to use. Why? Because there can be clever dudes, that will be quoting former post, to add something and post in own topic that way before they can legally use bump. Of course all this restrictions work on owners of topic.
There is only one week point. This can increase making multiple threads with this same content made to avoid usage of reply/bump buttons. How to deal with that? Report them with new option > duped topic, or something like that. After such violation moderators give +10% for each duped and reported topic. But, to make report properly, both topics had to be reported, so there can be evidence that report is true (that is why i include options about reporting topics in pool)

Why such radical solution ( +10% for every violation of early bump/disallowing users to post and +10% immediately for any workaround of new script)? Because people don't learn in other way that bearing hard consequences of own actions > as they say, pain if the best teacher.

What do you think about that?

This almost seems sadistic :P

No, because what about the new users who don't fully understand the rules yet, or might not even know there are warns? What if he racks up 60% in warns before he realizes it, and still may not know why he has them?
