Ofc for those who dont get the picture.
Its about a "down" or "bottom" button at the top.
kinda handy for a 100 post notebox

Use your mouse wheel or click the scroll bar and drag it down.

I should of drew a giant red arrow like Jul to the bottom text I put :P But yeah if u dont understand it this is what I meant to show.

Easy enough to say but when ur guild has 100+ posts in the notebox this can be a handy tool to view latest posts

I like it, but unnecessary, we can just use the Home, End, PgUp or PgDn keys to go up if really needed,

but a button would also help

Added a Reply button at the top which takes you to the bottom and focuses the text box.
