When I'm trading with a person that has a warn on, I would like to see why they got that warn, wheter they were being a fool on the forums or actually scamming.
Also to have a searchable list of offenders.

You don't get warned for scamming.

And it's none of your business to why someone got warned, unless they want to tell you.

this. warns are given for spamming and rule violations, not for scamming.
