This is an idea I though of since I joined jsp.

The idea is, if someone gets scammed and reports the accuser with enough proof, the scammer gets an orange tag next to trader. Making it the following.
Trader: Accused or Trader: Warning
This will help people pay more attention to the supposed scammer and force people to use meds, you won't be able to trade the accuser without using a mediator, it will be an obligation. Sure this will require more job from the meds but, for the rate of increase scamming going on, I think we have no choice but to come up with something to enforce the rules.

If there's "enough proof" then why not just lock/scammer tag the person....

id have to say no, if they provide enough proof, then they will be locked. if they dont provide enough proof it could just be a fake accusation in order to get someone a tag.
as for scamming use mediator if you dont feel safe
