Running low on mods? Every other post on trades are bumped like crazy a quarter of them are either off topic/service without a tag or reposts. Report button doesn't help much either.

Did rules get lenient?

i think off topic threads are fine as long as people keep the spam in THOSE threads.

assholes don't get that and think it's fine to spam in trade threads when it's not. mods do fuck all to them also if you report them or even message a mod about it. i've messaged every single mod to warn someone in the past not shit happened.

off topic threads knock down legit trade topics that people bump, therefore i think they shouldnt be there
its not fair as a trader to see your thread disappear in 10 seconds because of spam
i dont know if more mods would help anything either, most are busy

So in your experience, reporting/msg mod doesn't work?

I see a million uber topics constantly. If there were more warns for early bumps or serious punishments for service without trust then people would get the picture, right?

Can't mods also see ip address of users in case someone is multi?

Edit/add: I know they are busy, but it's pretty outrageous. Sometimes I see threads where the op bumps three times in a minute.

they can check, but there must be proof before an admin or a moderator can look into it
multis have nothing to do with the suggestion however

not all bumps and spam is enforceable, so many more mods would help, but i dont know

imo if all the uber threads and w/e were closed and warned nobody would post except for the select few who would then just jack up the price..

also iso uber threads get closed when they are not against the rules to my knowledge...

Yeah, in my experience they don't do anything. Well, uber topics I understand people need to get that shit done fast people are uptight and don't want to wait. I've seen people leave the game if it doesn't start within a few minutes after they join. Also I think offering service without a trusted tag is fine. How are people supposed to be "trusted" if they can't do shit. It's retarded imo. I've never had any service done by a person with a trusted tag and in my experience it's been fine. A majority of the time it's free to me (because I know nice people). I've only payed for a few ubers.

Yeah, threads go fast that's why there is the search function or have a friend bump it again.

The Uber Level issue is never going to go away. There is far more demand then can be serviced by people with trusted tags. Either there needs to be more trusted tags or the rules regarding Ubers and other services need to be revised. As long as there is demand for a product or service and people willing to provide those products and services, then no rules restricting those services are going to function.

That's a problem of the rules and restrictions however, NOT the people requesting or offering those services.
