Hi everyone,

most of you may already have recognized that there are two stickys ( How to post a Site Suggestion and the Pending Suggestion sticky ) for the site suggestions. I thought about a third one, which may be very usefull. What about a sticky at the top of the page that lists the common suggestions which have been turned down already - there are a lot of them and these are not listed on the Pending suggestion sticky.

This would make it easier for people to see if there was already a simliar suggestion which has been denied already. Imo it won't hurt anybody but would help a lot of people and cut a lot of "spam".

Examples for denied suggestions are [ only a few running through my mind at the moment ]:

- Delete very old accounts ( will never happen, and I saw loads of topics about it )
- Anything that has to do with automatic pm's ( will hurt the site load )
- Be able to buy more colored title feature with green/blue/grey/yellow/... ( has been suggested often and was always denied ! )
- ...

There used to be one I don't know where it went but it sure was neat, we need one of those once again.
PS: Change the textcolor it's unreadable and I don't want to mark something if I have to read it!

Yeessssir!

The whole site suggestion forum needs a makeover, current system sucks.
Some threads have run over a year that have not been accepted nor denied.
It would be better if 2 months or older threads that majority of the community has accepted would be sent to a "pending" list or forum, that noone can post in but where everyone could view what has been suggested.
In 2 months everything that the update could affect will be talked through and theres no reason to keep the thread open and let the autor bump it forever. Pending forum, list or topic is needed for njaguar, he
has the final word in everything related to this site. It would also help to weed out "add a fancy & shiny feature" suggestions from serious suggestions that would really make things better.

We did have a list once, but njaguar only wanted the pending suggestions, so we took it down.
