There needs to be a mod over there to close resolved issues.
The Members++'s are the ones that mainly moderate the General Help forum, but so do Junior Moderators/Moderators/Senior Moderators/Administrators.
But there is no need for the topics that have been dealt with to be closed because if the person ever had another question, or if they noticed there was more then
what it seemed to their problem/question/etc, they can just post in the thread again.
Threads in General Help normally only need to be closed if it was posted in the wrong forum, lots of off-topic discussion took place in the thread, the thread was violating
the forum rules, or if the thread was being spammed, etc etc.
