There are those on the mod team who are french-speaking, but do not have closing powers.

I have closing powers, but do not speak french.

The title was a joke

Then just make an appropriated title for the discussion

Granted, the topic is a joke.

BUT: The title is suggesting a method to do a scam. I/E. in itself, a cause for a topic to be closed. Besides that, it is highly misrepresentative.

If you wish to make humorous topics, do it in a sensible manner and try not to be stupid
