Agreed.
There are a lot of forums that people early bump in.
It may not be a huge infraction but it still would do good being able to report and take care of them.

I don't think it is needed, they can be reported as spam and still reviewed.
Bump reports should = only forums with a bump timer/button

Plus Alot of users don't know this, And It might increase the Contorl of other Boards
