Don't know how to begin so I just say it.

You shouldn't be allowed to make topics with items that currently is on ladder on nonladder forum.
Rather irritating when you find a nice item and bid on it, and when you are going to buy it you find out that it is on ladder.

No, i think you are suggesting an automated system which would virtually be impossible, some people make mistakes, ive posted east stuff on west and vice versa, it happens, not much you can do.
