I was thinking, and I beleive this could help get rid of alot of spam we have on this site. This could be used mainly for people who make goals for certain games and the user who makes the thread could only allow friends to post that way people wouldn't come in and +1 the thread. If you don't think this is a good idea please state why

user blogs are were I got this idea, but in the Runescape section there is LOTS of spam and flame going around especially in threads users make as goals/achievments.
