When someone get suspend , the other jsp users dont no it , and some might pm him many times and get angry

thinking why isnt this guy pming me back?

so i suggest where there stand group : member , there should stand Group Suspend , if they get suspend

so they know it

No because just as warns logs are private, suspensions should be as well.
If you're doing everything right you should have no reason to be suspended anyway.

If they're suspended then there really isn't any reason for them to stay online so the user should be able to realize something is up if the suspended user's last seen goes to 20+minutes.
+ If they were suspended for posting something inappropriate somewhere on the forums then their last post will take you to a page you cannot view or a blocked post by them "Inappropriate Post Content"

why isnt that guy pming me ... he said he would etc... then next day he might got 2 guys blocked

because he didnt pm them as promise.
