When reporting a post thats not in a trade forum that has bump rules there should be a option to report as:

General: Early Bump

I dont personally find this necessary, cause there is almost an imediatly respond to every topic in the General help Section
If anyone do early bump, I report as spam - sorry no from me :)

Thats fine, but what about Site Suggestions, Ladder Slasher, Donor Forum, etc where it happens and theres no real way to report except for Spam.
