The trade rules say:

Do not trade hacked / duped items on any ladder forums. (trading these items in signatures / profiles is also not allowed).

Atm mods allow trading unperm Hrs. Jewel topics get closed sometimes. Its kind of a grey area.
I would like that its allowed, or if its forbidden then close all the topics and dont let it be that "grey area".

Of course I won't get any duped shit but it'so hard to avoid. You really don't know where it comes from...

Hrs are the only duped/unpermed items to be traded on ladder realms.
