The reason i'm posting this is because I feel msp and xbl subscription trading should be legal. People do it illeagaly anyways and get scammed and then possible leave d2jsp. But if this was legal they could use a mediator and not get scammed and not lose people. It's not that big of a deal to legalize outside of Real Life Trades, why should we have to pay money to trade these things? What if we don't have the money to donate to njaguar? Then we are forced to illegal trade and possibly get scammed. So that is why I am suggesting this.

its not a bad idea but most people on jsp anrent trustworthy

no because nja needs the money from people donating to get access to the dforums. and dforums is the only place this could be traded

well if it was legal

thats all we would see in the xbox forums

that would bring alot of randoms to the xbox forums that iso xbox live codes and msp

not more than there already is imo, they do it now anyways and if this was legal there would be probably less scams just because you could use a med.

they are only allowed on the donor forums because it is a very safe process.

sure lets say these become legal alright? That would mean we would need mediators in the xbox/xbox 360 forums to go onto the accounts and add the points/time themselves. Which would be a really big hassle and make it meaningless.

This is not why.

They are allowed in the donor forum only because they are real life items. They cost actual money. Even if they are obtained for free through some special contest, promotion etc.. they are still a product. Same as you can win an xbox 360 console through said promotions & such. We wouldnt allow us to trade consoles. Same thing applies here. Big No

No other area of the site gets such a privlidge, no area is better than the next. I would love to see it (who wouldnt?) I have never had a microsoft point yet, but... sorry guys.
