At this moment, changing names makes their old screenname open for use, which could lead to multi account abuse.

We should have it so when the name is changed, the old one is blocked.

In the case of Devilish

His old screenname was Conanman, and now he is being multi'd of his last username and people are spamming and scamming people with the name Conanman.

Voted yes. Some people remake accounts that were ''trusted'' in the comunity and use them to trap / scam people.

But in another way, it can be avoided very easily just by looking at join date, posts, sig, avatar, profile etc.

But since some people sometimes forget to look at these, it may be a good idea.

Totally agree. But what will happen if all names is blocked?
:O, It would be great if u could pay 500 fgs to block ur old account when u take a name change.

The site offers mediators for the traders to use, so how can one get scammed?
Because one is stupid.

Too rare of a case, and also theres no such thing as a skilled scammer, just idiotic people.
It's not like the multi is immune to being locked.

the chance to get impersonators is high when a mod for example changes his nick, but still i dont like the idea of blocking the names forever.
