I don't think I flood control is needed in the notebox..
I would make it easier, specially when you have something long to post and you need to make 2-3 posts to post it and you have to wait 1 minute between each.

I'm assuming it's only there to prevent spam, but most guilds check out each member before approving them, letting them into the guild.
So it'd be pretty unlikely for someone the guild/guild leaders trust, to just go on a spamming spree, unless ofc, they get mad about something,
and in that case, the leader can just kick the person / delete the posts.
