hey i just had a thought to try reduce warn rate
if someone gets a warn 10% when the days are up where it says "request removal" have say this costs 50fg or something and gold password
maybe if people know that you get fined for getting warns it might reduce it ^^

I donno, would probably discourage people more

i just dont see the point there is nothing wrong with the new warn system as long as you are good after you get your warn it will be removed
