I think people should be aloud to rate traders instead of having, Not Rated, Trusted or Mediator there. They could rate then from 1-5 stars and that way people would know if they were good traders.

Suggested many times in the past, it will not happen. User's can bribe for ratings or make multi's and keep rating one main account.
