I think im speaking for all of us.

70% or more who have a scammer tag or got their gold locked, got it because the did NOT read the forum rules.
i think it will help the moderators greatly in every way, when all the new players and the 2009+ players should read the rules.

how do we do that?

i assume paul has an Admin cp wich would alow users who login to be redirected to the page with rules.
all sections should be agreed and clicked on like ''yes i read the rules''.

this might be hard for the crew at the start, but once this is done harder and easyer actions can be taken.
wich will Greatly give moderators more time.

i'd say, no mercy for the warned.

yea people would just do this but yea it would be kinda nice

It's already required that they agree to it before being allowed to sign up. Unfortunately, there is no way to "force" people to read (and understand) things.
