how about creating a post option of, paying 5fg to be able to bump that certain topic every 2 hours or so?

stops the spam from reposting and also helps keeps the fg economy flowing

It doesn't stop any spam.
Only legitimate people would pay for it, others will just early bump like before.

either way it still stops some form of spam.
only few would risk early bumping topics they paid for i.e bold, topics etc

Why would this change the way early bumpers trade?
They don't pay, and keep early bumping like before, how is that any different.
