I think it would be a good idea to have a system where users can rate each other overall, like kindness/trustworthy/helpful/etc/etc.
Have a little area where it would show stars or some icon as to how good their reputation is.

But limit the option to review other users to those who have been here a while or have a decent amount of posts(to help prevent multi's boosting someones rep)

No. The current system is enough. Besides, if you're active enough, you'll know who has those traits.

i.e. i'll just make 40 multis & vouch myself

or i'll request everyone in my guild / friends list to vouch me..

i dont like the idea. this is a game / trade forum and not a "rate me plz" forum.
it would be abused for sure, there are enough tards which would find it funny to walk around and give bad reputation away, while theire rep is already below zero. on the other hand you have your m8s whcih all will give you max stats...

imo this is absolutely not needed!
