I see many people, including myself.
Posting blogs for people to comment on and not just their friends.

This was a bad idea on part of the blog usage.

Reduce spam, yet makeing the blog section useless for the most part.

A Blog stands for a "Web Log". Or a diary, if you will.

It's a way to post personal thoughts/opinions, etc, without having to do so on say, General Chat

i did not post any blog until now because i dont want massive spam in my topics.
i really like that change, it only affects spammers. you still may post in your friends' blogs. why you would need to post in another blog?

Most of them aren't spam.

If they must, pick up a note book or the note box to post their diaries.

If anything they should add another section for 'comment this' or some sort.

No need to fight me anymore

General chat with the general help are the most spam infested forums i've seen.
