There are alot of blogs now about friend requests, which means this new system won't work.
My suggestion, everytime someone creates that topic, 10% warn must be given out or losing access to user blogs.

the decision of giving a warn is up to the mods, if users repeat posting "add me" blogs, action will be taken

no in that case.

Giving a Warn is completely up to the mods discretion. If they feel a warn is just, it will be given.
