Trades without mediators should be allowed, but at own risk.
This way people will learn that it's better to trade with a mediator and won't get scammed in the future.
Mediators aren't here for nothing, they're called 'mediators'.

so you would like that scammer accusations in trdes without mediator would be closed because trades without mediator are at own risk (like ut services)? this would increase scams, since scammers could scam without any risks...

i dont get how what you suggest is different with the way they are now

How they are now, people are getting locked when they scammed.
Imo nothing should be done so people will instantly trade with mediators.

EVERY MEDIATOR will have impersonators. (thats what i think will happen)

The risk at the trades now is that u dont get the fg back if the scammer doesnt repay his scamms. so this is ur risk when not using the mediator advance.

It states everywhere that (new) users need to read the rules.
Mediators have to confirm ofcourse.

They are allowed, it's the traders choice whether they want to call a Mediator or not. There is no rule anywhere where it says you have to trade with one, it's your choice.

terrible idea.
mediators shouldn't have to waste their time with every single trade. often times people can trade just fine and safely between themselves.
and scamming should not be condoned or go unpunished, especially when it can be proven.
