Only 'the tag' matters, but that tag is very rare.
Anyhow, I also don't think a 'Trusted Trader Rating' should be implemented. (Abuse, multi's, friends etc.)
What I do is save the user under my favorites.

- Search posts
- Conversation
- Perhaps their profile also gives you clues towards their integrity and personality.
There is no 100% sure way to know but there are clues.
edit : The ways above I listed are much more acurate than simply looking at ( ex.14892 thumbs up 243 thumbs down )
