We've got warn logs, gold logs, and guild logs, and there's also a pending suggestion for friends logs. Why not suspension logs?

Anyone who 'works' general help knows that there are tons of people who post there saying the exact same thing. "My friend just messaged me on AIM saying that he got suspended and has no idea why. Someone tell me!" And then we say, "I'm sorry but we can't tell you anything. Once your friend gets back he can PM Balakai to ask." Then the next day the suspended person will post saying, "I PM'd Balakai 20 times and he still hasn't PM'd me back. Why the fuck was I suspended?" After that there's usually some sort of flame war involving the auto-suspension word list or something similar until Balakai PM's them to say that something they said got caught in the word filter.

I think that if there were suspension logs (which could either be separated from or joined to warn logs) it would help with a lot of things around the site. And I'm thinking about it now - since sometimes there are warns given out without suspensions and other times there are warns given out with long suspensions they could almost work in conjunction where sometimes you have an incident which occurs in both logs or could also have completely isolated incidents.

Just a thought - it's possible that they could be viewed while you are suspended. This would clear up a lot of angry freshly suspended people who are tempted to make a multi to ask why it happened (even though we can't tell them). It could just say: "Suspension: Auto-Suspension Word - '_____' " or something like that. Then people would know exactly what it was that they were suspended for and they would not do it again.

So please vote either yes, no, or null and leave a comment if you'd like :)

Yes well I don't really see a bad thing about it so that's why I'm posting it here ;)

Yes they do find out, but there are tons of different things which will get you suspended. If it was just told to the user then it would save Balakai's inbox some space :P

Yes, great idea.
(Would be very useful if you hit one of the filtered words, and didn't know what just happened)

Voted no. if you get suspended you get 10% (correct me if i'm wrong) and if you get that warn... It'll say why... and since it says why no need to ask why suspension.

If the bolded is wrong, then my vote should be changed to yes.

That's not true. There are words which if you try to post or PM them (or even hit Preview Reply) will get you suspended for 24 hours with no warn.

I actually just got back from a nice 24 hour break after saying a certain username which I forgot was on the list (even though I already knew before - it's dumb I know).
