Exactly like the s/a helper list, you get pm if you are helpfull in the other areas of the forum ( should be the same with this, you get a pm from a mod when you show your interest in helping & getting unlocked for at least a month or two ) and they give your report access back ^_^

Not all locked users have good intentions...
Lots of them will post just about anything in the forums out of frustration and carelessness...

Locked users who want to help may pm a moderator to report violations.
Trust me, it doesn't go unnoticed.
Do it in an intelligent way, gather some links and send them all together, not one link per pm...

No. This is a very bad idea, because most mods tend to ignore such pms.

That's a negative way of thinking,

I voted yes.

Mostly, users who have bad intentions, don't bother reporting threads.

If u give them the chance to express themself, they will feel as if they were part of something, part of a community.
Yes, they might report 1 or 2 threads out of frustration, but in the long run, they will be working towards a cleaner jsp ,
and they will learn to appreciate the site alot more.

ps: Try pming mods every day, they will ignore you most of the time... imagine 95% locked people pming them daily about threads, it will be total chaos.

It's a very good idea in my opinion. VOKALEV is, in my opinion, one of the helpfulst people in this forum.

No, if they scammed then they deserve as much rights taken away as possible. If they want to do a good deed and report links, then they can take the time to gather the links like Marie said.

If by chance they are just locked and didn't scam, then they would most likely be unlocked soon enough to continue their reporting.

[edit] Even if they help the site etc etc and prove they are a good member, they can wait until they are unlocked to get the privilege back.
