I just came up with this because I just saw someone offering a GRush in UsEast with 30% warn, and in his signature he had "30% Warn for posting to many grush threads... ty DF_666" Showing, he knows he done wrong, but he doesn't care and he is going to continue doing it

What I feel should happen is, when someone comes back from a warning, if they then break the same rule again within 1 week after the suspension, they get 10% instantly again.

As at the moment, you need to collect 5 or so thread's before someone gets warned. Even though some people have just been warned for the exact same rule.

Far too often people comeback and repeat the same 'crime' and they get the same 5 or 6 warnings.

I'm going to have to disagree with this because there are only so many mods and tons of users all over jsp. It wouldn't be fair to the mods to keep an eye on one person when there are thousands of other users lurking the forums spamming nonsense.
